
As with everything on this site, please ask your doctor or therapist before starting any new routine. If you have a pre-existing condition, you need to know if even a simple movement is wrong for you.
For most people, these exercises are perfect to keep the neck limber and flexible. Start slow, for the first few days only do a few, to get your muscles accustomed to the new movements. Work up to a full minute for each stretch, then after a month or so, try two minutes. As with all stretches & exercises, you may feel a stiffness in the beginning, be gentle; never work through pain! If you experience any pain, please stop!
Rest for 15-30 seconds between each stretch.
